I haven't sold Thai iced tea or tea mix so far as some contain artificial color. I do have Chai Decaf Sweet Coconut Thai tea bags.

Halibut and green tea sounds like a good match. Tea Guys LLC offers a jasmine citrus spice rub that is based on powdered green tea, and I use this frequently to flavor seafood.

Hello, I only order from the gorreanatea.com site because I have tried ebay and other non convential ways and the tea is never correct.like you said, the bags you bought were old! for tea to be enjoyed properly it must be fresh! not sitting on a store shelf for years! I recieved my tea from www.gorreanatea.com within 4 days, the tea was fresh! All I could ask for! I refuse to drink such a beautiful tea, just to drink it, I need to know the quality is good and thats why I pay alittle more and get a perfect 'not expired' cup of tea. Im sure thats why the tea was so cheap and didnt have more then 1-2 bags in stock! Trust me, go with the fresh from their site, we had halibut and their green tea yesterday!

Thanks, Manuel. I have an expired package of Gorreana green tea which I will open in the next few days and report on. The tea should still be in good condition. I find the prices at the Gorreana Tea to be rather high; Azores Trading charged me less than $5 for my bag of Pekoe, but as I mentioned they didn't have enough for me to sell it at my store (and, of course, the expired date, which they didn't tell me about, may have made a big difference to their pricing). I'm excited about trying the green tea; blog should be out in a couple days or so.

I bought a couple of bags of each at Easter, I could send you some but I dont know for rating purposes if it would be as fresh since they package and seal it there which you can smell the aroma when you open the sealed bag! I love their Green Teas too, SO fresh tasting! I havent tried their tea bags yet, I will. Also I wish they had a white tea, I cant find a white tea that I would drink regurelly yet. Very informative blog, hope to visit your store sometime possibly in the summer! Looks beautiful!

This type of instant jam-like "tea" is available at most large oriental grocery stores, especially those featuring Korean products.
